What comes into your mind upon reading that title of mine?
My family and i went for lunch at this restaurant named "Happylogy" few days back and i had the urge to blog about it since i've been wanting to share a post about my thoughts about happiness. Sounds relevant and irrelevant at the same time. Not sure if what i'm trying to say there is legit but whatever. Scroll on. Just go with the flow

I'm doing a food review.. *laughs awkwardly* okay i am not doing a food review since i am not a foodie.. I am just doing a blog post featuring some food.. okay i don't make sense as usual. Frankly, i would say that the food was so-so only, but we did enjoyed our lunch there, probably because of the "joyous ambiance"? haha. Thumbs up for their service though. The restaurant owner came out to interact with all her customers which is something i really like about. I mean, it's rare to see interactions between the restaurant owners with their customers nowadays, correct me if I'm wrong.

Can you believe that i actually went to google things like "how to be happy" "how to stop depression" "happy tips" . Just in case you think it's stupid (yes, i thought it was stupid too but i did it anyway) it turned out pretty useful la!
I used to be pessimistic about most of the things in life.. thinking I'm the most unlucky person on earth and blablabla if I can turn back time i would really wanna go back and slap myself really hard for wasting my time on being a victim of sadness, letting it torment me in my head for nothing. So stupid.
I've watched it video twice and it's really really inspiring! You should watch it too, i swear it's worth your time.
