Singapore 2014 (4) ft a lot of places haha .

Before i begin,

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 20, 2015:

The National Service (NS) 2015 will be suspended in the government’s bid to rationalise the nation’s expenses.
In announcing several special measures to complement the Budget 2015, in light of the changing global economic landscape, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak this morning said the government was expected to save some RM400 million by suspending the NS programme this year.
Speaking at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Najib said the temporary suspension was also for the programme to be reviewed and improved.

I was selected for NS, unlike most of the people who dreaded the idea of joining NS, i was kinda excited for it. I have always wanted to join NS as it seems pretty fun and it's a once in a lifetime experience! However i didn't really fancy the idea of staying at the camp for like three months, and the food that's gonna be served there lolol I just hate eating rice, white rice, i don't eat white rice unless i'm being forced, well, by my parents #sheunfact Okay but that's another story.

So, I was arranged for the second or third batch so i hadn't got called into camp now. And i guess i won't be going anymore. Not sure i'm actually feeling happy or the opposite about it yet. I'm weird i know.

So here goes the last post about my trip to Singapore.

First stop, Little Arab.

Frankly speaking, there isn't much to do in Arab Street except taking photos of the beautiful things here haha which well, is fine by me. There are a lot of bars here and shops which sells things i don't buy haha.

OOTD.

despite the hot weather, there was actually a lot of people sitting at the bars, chilling with their beer (mostly) especially foreigners.

<3

Our lunch place.

According to my Aunt Doreen, this is a very popular stop for prawn mee! :)

side order. Taste so-so lo.

Look at dem prawns dayummmm.

I'm really bad at describing food. But t was really really delicious! The prawns were big and fresh and the soup was so sweet and flavorful! I strongly recommend you to visit Blanco Court Prawn Mee at Beach Road because i'm too bad at food descriptions as i've mentioned and you should totally try it out for yourself!

I lost my picture with the mosque :(

then she bought ice cream from 7 eleven.

idk i find this cute.

i wish Malaysia uses this system too!
It's gonna save a lot of hassle at the tolls!
Next, Bugis Area :D

Basically Bugis Street is like Times Square la, there is a lot of clothes at really low prices but not everything is good quality la but there is more food haha.

It smelt so good and irresistable so we gave up resisting it haha.

this is the cripsy version which we didn't try haha.

We got the soft chewy crepe, Lala Banana.

I'm obsessed with banana remember? haha

me, my selfie and I.

LOLOL

yummeh.

We got ourselves juices too to beat the heat haha.
The juices here are nice and very reasonably priced :D

obsessed with my crepe lol

sometimes Jess can be a good photographer hahahahah

candid heh :]

I never see any auntie so old working in Malaysia ! haha.
probably because they have older retierement age in Singapore la.

went and redeem ice creams from my Aunt's Line app haha :3
what's better than free McD ice creams at weather like this?

look look .
"Printed in Malaysia"

#ProudMalaysianMoment again.

oh here's the smart card my very considerate Aunt got for us since the first day we got to Singapore.
It is usable for all public transport

#random lolol
Third Stop, Little India.

To be honest, besides sight seeing, there really isn't anything to do there. Everyone there was either foreigners/tourists like me, or Indians.

Jess left to church so that explains why there isn't photos of her anymore.

i like to take photos of road signs to remind where i've been lol

Fourth Stop, Clarke Quay.

It's really nice there :D

it was 27th Dec but everywhere is still Christmas-sy <3 I love Christmas .

There's also this Lock Of Love in Singapore Clarke Quay. so nice!
and Amazing Race was here!

couldn't decide which was better looking hence both haha.

P/C to Pris haha.

My fav photo of us <3

went to grab a bite at Subway heh.

Lastly, West Gate :D

Fooling around while my cousin was getting a pair of really nice shoes heh :P

We meet up with my Uncle Edwin for dinner at Sushi Express. It was so so so so so delicious omg. I wished we have this too in Malaysia. It was really  delicious and affordable Japanese food. Everything on the belt looked so so good. Most importantly, every dish was 2SGD ! There was quite a queue by the time we were there but the staffs were really efficient, thumbs up for Sushi Express!

this again omg. The dessert i had in the Japanese restaurant in Taiwan!!

SO SO GOOD, NO JOKE.
I HAD TO FIGHT THE URGE TO LICK THE BOWL OMG.

the sad thing is that i hadn't find out what is it called wtf

their cheesecake wasn't bad too!

Sorry for the lack of photos as everything was too delicious and i don't want to occupy their seats for too long so yeah. You've gotta try it for yourself tho. I just realised everything i ate on that day was really good lolol. *happy*

Train :D
Before leaving, we went to Fair Price Xtra to get some groceries. I started running everywhere and goggling, yes goggling at everything as if i never been in  a super market. You wouldn't wanna know how much silly photos i've took in there haha!

*hidden meaning*

look at their price tag! It's electronic. Sorry i've never seen them before.

we bought this, yums!

you don't have to guess I got this haha.

Even their Gardenia bread is so nice omg lol

They have tons of choices and flavours. Jess & I actually bought two loaves back to Malaysia lolol

Supper time for Jess haha.

heavennnn.
There goes day four. My Uncle Edwin together with my Aunt Doreen fetched us to Changi Airport early in the morning the following day and flew back to Malaysia.

too cute!

last.

It was a really really pleasant Christmas spent in Singapore with my babe Jess as well as my cousin and the family.

I'm glad this trip made me know more about Jess,  i can't deny the fact that we weren't on good terms the entire trip, but we learnt to tolerate.

I'm glad i get to bond with my cousin Priscilla as we hardly ever spend time together so this trip got us closer.

I'm also glad that i manage to visit all the places I've wanted to visit in Singapore.

Not to forget, I'm very grateful for my Aunt Doreen and my Uncle Edwin for everything from accommodation to transport and meals.

Thanks for the great Christmas. I love you all.

Yours truly,
Sheunny
