I'm back to blog again. I really love blogging, it helps me keep track of places i've been like a scrapbook i'm too lazy to make haha. I mentioned about making a photobook right, i've submitted my design today and i'm anticipating the outcome. Can't wait to share it haha. I've been reading a lot lately, all sorts of reading material besides newspaper, i have no idea why i don't have the habit to read the newspaper on daily basis, i would much rather read a novel for hours and get lost in the story. I cannot accept the fact that i'm actually 18, almost an adult, I'm supposed to be more responsible of everything because i cannot be having too much excuses anymore. It scares me a little, no, a lot. I'll just pretend i am still 17 until my birthday comes la, please allow me to comfort myself.
So..last post about my Taiwan trip yay ! I think i posted too much photos of food in my previous posts because i post almost every single dish we were served, not everything was very special so i decided to not spam photos of food so much next time. I realized i didn't have enough caption too for my previous posts, I didn't know what's wrong with myself, it's kinda crappy *cries* I also have a lot of parts which i labeled as "blank space" (talking about Blank Space, I'm addicted to Taylor Swift's Blank Space) because i forgotten the name of the place jeez i feel bad. i will make another photobook nicely with names and everything to compensate i guess ah. I shall take note of that la i am too lazy to go back and edit my posts haha. Let's just continue with my last Taiwan post.

Hi :) |
We had breakfast at Dakeng Leisure farm and then we set off to our next destination :)
// on the way we stopped by to rest and stretch (& satisfy our bored mouths)
 |
ice cream that taste meh. |
 |
niceeeee |
// played poker card on the bus, explains why i always forget the details about the journey, was too busy playing cards and neglected what our tour guide is telling us hmm *regrets*
 |
mine :P |
We wanted to go to the hot spring on the way but it was too dangerous for our bus to go there so we decided against it and headed for lunch.
The restaurant wasn't fancy like the other ones our tour guide brought us to because we went to another place instead of our initial plan so we ended up at this restaurant. The service was super slow as it was a small restaurant. Every dish was merely passable except for their chicken.
 |
the bomb. although it doesn't look like one haha
It was one whole chicken but they cut the chicken too fast and i didn't manage to snap a picture of it as a whole lolol |
Next, we visited this place because it sounded interesting but it was indah khabar dari rupa, which means not as interesting as it seems to be la.
 |
there. That's all. it's very small only. |
Travelling on the road took ages but it was worth it when we finally set our foot at Xian Hu Leisure Farm.
Dinner time at ZHLF .

 |

The next morning, Mama Lau & I woke up earlier for a jog while checking out the place as it was quite late when we got here yesterday.

 |
THIS WAS SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO A HUNDRED NO A MILLION SO-S GOOD.
I SWEAR THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DESSERTS I'VE EVER TASTED
too bad i have no idea what is it called but i'll hunt it down, mark my words!
It was my first time eating it, i found it again in Singapore, will blog about it next timeeee.
but damn, still no idea what is it called. |
Our tour guide sent us to our last hotal at Kaohsiung and there our tour with him ends. We continued our journey on our own :)
Our last hotel was 高雄吉娃娃民宿, i have mixed comments about that place because it wasn't actually a hotel or leisure farm or home stay. It was at the tenth floor of a shoplot like place. There was only one floor with a small number of rooms. Each and every room was decorated very differently, it's nothing like the places i've ever stayed before so that compensated for it's location la lolol you can go check out their website la.
Since we do not have our bus anymore, we took the mrt and went shopping haha :D
 |
美丽岛 地铁站
nice rightttttt! |
We went for shopping **
 |
too cute haha |
 |
giant size. biggest i've ever seen haha ! taste so-so only tho |
 |
THEY HAVE MALAYSIA FLAG !! *PROUD MALAYSIAN MOMENT AGAIN* |
I've always heard about Taiwan hauls from others, i thought i would be bringing back loads of shoes, clothes and bags and so much more from Taiwan to Malaysia but surprisingly i didn't really manage to buy anything, in fact i didn't even brought back any souvenirs for my dear friends #guilty :x Only managed to buy a few boxes of face masks and the
Natural Republic Aloe Vera Gel which everyone was crazy about previously. The good reviews about it are all true. I can totally get why everyone's raving about it. I am regretting so badly now for getting one tub only because i'm loving it like crazy but it is sold for double the price in Malaysia compared to Taiwan *pulls hair*
Last day!
We had breakfast at a stall recommended by the locals :)
 |
There's actually a few big prawns inside, super duper yummyyyyyy |
 |
this was really tasty too! |
After breakfast, we went for a walk and begin hunting for bicycle haha. Some of our member had already left to different destinations but my family stayed at Kaoshiung as it was our last day in Taiwan.
I'm not sure if i've mentioned this but there's actually a few stations at each area which has public bicycle you can lend/rent, it is free of charge for the first 30 or 60 mins i can't remember, all you need is a access card which almost all the locals have. We rent their bicycles using credit card, too bad only one bicycle per credit card so we only have four bicycles haha so we rode while the adults sit and talk. It was so so so much fun, it;s been months since i last rode a bicycle. I wished there's public bicycles at common areas too in Malaysia so less people would be driving their motorcycles or their cars, promoting a healthy lifestyle as well as reduce pollution!
 |
hiii |
After that, we took the MRT to the airport. We flew from Kaohsiung to HK, and stayed at HK for four hours which seemed like forever then we flew again from HK back to Malaysia haha There's the end of my Taiwan trip. It was a truly memorable one but i shal pay more attention during my trips next time and learn more about the places i go. It's time to grow up and learn instead of playing only.
 |
on the MRT
just had to post this because Mama Lau haha haha haha haha |
Love,
Sheunny
