Bye January!

It's crazy how January passed so quickly. I had a great month and i'm glad 2015 is starting out well.

First of all, I had a countdown party at my place. I just invited a few of my favourite people over to my house. We didn't actually count down as we was busy talking i guess and we forgotten to keep track of the time haha and the firework started. Overall it was still a great catch up session.

I've finished my driving lessons this month and i'll be getting my driving test next month which i am not really eager about, i shall emphasize on that when i successfully get my driving license!

I've just finished my orientation for my Pre-U last week. I'm taking Foundation In Science (FIS) at MAHSA University. Orientation ran for four days, it was, undeniably boring when it first started out, but then we had this performance at the closing ceremony which, in my opinion, was the bomb. I was in the choir which was pretty awful at the beginning but I must say that we improved so much that it was kinda impressive haha *not meaning to brag, honestly!!*

I've made more friends than I would have imagined. I am more than just glad and grateful for the fact that everyone was so nice and friendly. I didn't know what to expect at first, I was afraid I couldn't find any acquaintances but all my worries were put to rest.

Also, I moved in to the hostel at MAHSA because the traffic jam is ridiculous, i wouldn't want to spend two hours on the road to MAHSA and back home again when it is actually a twenty minutes car ride when the traffic is smooth. I am in a twin sharing room with my primary good friend, Amelia. I would be lying if i said i wasn't overjoyed about it. I've only lived in the hostel for five days so far and it's quite enjoyable because it's really convenient and i get to hang out a lot with my new friends. There isn't a single boring moment, i was never bored! The only drawback about living in the hostel would be the size of the room. It's really small and so is the toilet. I wished we had bigger rooms haha. Other than that, I'm loving it :)

Here's a shout out to my new friends,

Thank you for being so nice and i hope we can all study together and work our ways to our desired pathway!

So that's basically the highlight of the month. Oh, wait, no.

I also cut my hair this month. It was initially almost waist length-ish, i've been "saving" my hair for months, dying to get it dyed right after SPM. Yet my mum didn't allow me to dye my hair so i went and got it chopped off to shoulder length. Can you believe it? It's been over a week now since my haircut but i've not posted any photos of it besides on my wechat yet haha.

Ok, that pretty much summed up my month. I hope February will be a fabulous month!

Love,
Sheunny aka Kathryna (haha!)
