March (I am bad with titles)

**UPDATE : Post edited on 3/4/2015 to add in photos :D*

There goes March, a very busy March. I enjoy doing a summary for the month at the end of the month each month because i get to refresh all the highlights of the month.

March started off well with a gathering with my Super Gang. We had a "reunion dinner" in conjunction of CNY lol at WY's house. It might be a simple steamboat dinner but it was a wonderful one. I sincerely hope we get to meet up more often although it's really hard now that everyone is busy with their studies at different places. I hope that everyone of them will do well in their futures. I am sure that would turn into successful people in a few years time and i'm forever proud of having them as my friends.

ALL MY LOVED ONES :)

On the 3rd of March, a day all 2014 SPM candidates are well aware of, SPM results were released. I am proud to say that I got straight A's in my SPM, just like I always wanted, 7A's for UPSR, 8A's for PMR, 9A's for SPM. I wished I had taken an extra subject tho so i get to apply for more scholarship. I never aimed for straight A+ because i thought it was impossible, but now that i think of it, it wasn't really that impossible. I had no idea what gone wrong with my Biology because i was pretty sure all my science subjects would be getting the same grade and i remember that i was capable of answering all the questions for the paper. Additional maths was expected though since the paper was really difficult. Pendidikan Moral on the other hand was heart breaking. The sudden and uninformed change in format is utterly upsetting. I know my grades would be disappointing the minute the paper was, may i add extremely unwillingly, taken away from me by the examiner, yet i was still very upset about getting an A- for it.

So proud of Super Gang :)
I also went to Sunway Pyramid with my friends to celebrate dear Temmeera and Yi Fan's birthday. We had dinner at Tony Romas, i think i t was my first time there haha the food was satisfying! After that boys and girls seperateted because girls got to do what girls got to do which is shopping haha. We also tried the Häagen-Dazs™ Fondue. It looked really mouth watering yet it taste merely above average, not as 'heavenly" as I imagined so i thought it was a tad bit exorbitant. This is purely my opinion la.

// pre-celebration with cake at school before heading to Sunway :)

Besides that I also dropped by at Jess's college, Sunway for a visit. Her college is so freaking nice. I wished my university was half as nice as hers. I would rate 20 out of 10 for their facilities and environment. No joke. I am proud of the fact that we are still close at heart despite being best friends during primary school and going to seperate schools since primary graduation. I really treasure my friendships.

<3

I went to MyBurgerLab for the second time, I've always wanted to go there since Jess used to work there. I went there once in December last year, i had a chicken burger if i am not mistaken. It tasted nothing too significant so i didn't remember much about it i think. I went there again to try out their vegetarian burger which the name i forgotten. It was quite special, instead of meat, the patty was tofu. Compared to the other fast food restaurant, MBL is slightly higher in price la but still affordable. The amount of visitors for MBL is quite a lot though. I should have went there a week earlier though where they give out free burgers to straight A's SPM candidates lolol.

their new burger - not mine

mine heh

Also, I finally got monthly contact lenses! FYI, the contact lenses i use are those daily disposable once. I've been using them since i was 15 to play sports back then. My parents opted daily ones for me as i only use them like once a week and i don't have to take care of them and be afraid of getting eyes infection or stuff like that. But I am using contact lens a lot more now so it gets a little expensive to use daily ones so i switched to monthly ones yay

I've also followed HL to his friend's birthday celebration at Full House. It was nice meeting his friends. They were all very nice people and I'm glad that they were welcoming.

Following on was another gathering with Super Gang and friends. I would never ever get tired of them. We wanted to go to Bar B Q Plaza for the free Happy Refill thing they had for SPM candidates with 8A's and above if i am not mistaken but it was not valid during weekends so we went to Raku at C180 for steamboat buffet instead. It was only RM36/ pax if i am not mistaken so it was quite worth it la, well, for my friends haha. I am not much of a big eater so buffet isn't really my thing.

I would choose steamboat over BBQ. #sheunfact

On a side note, I'm so glad our Super Gang tee is finally done. We've been discussing about it for the longest time ever and we finally submitted our order last month and it was ready a couple of weeks later. We tried to make it as simple as possible because simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.

I HAVE A BIG FACE :(

Next it was Ed Sheeran's concert. I forgotten when or how did it happen, but i just fell in love with Ed Sheeran. I am obsessed with his Thinking Out Loud and Photograph, if you hadn't heard of it, you are missing out too much in your life, please go and check them out. They are B E A U T I F U L. I wanted to go to his concert and watch him life so badly but the tickets were sold out so quickly. I went to KLCC on the night of his concert with my friend, Marc, to see if we could be lucky and catch a glimpse of him but we couldn't. We did manage to hear him sing from the outside of the hall though. I wished i could see him someday.

because i think i look good here lol

Not to forget, i bought a laptop this month! In fact, I'm typing this blog post with my baby girl now. It's an ASUS. I can tell you very frankly that i know nothing about laptops and computer. I bought this baby because it was less than 2 thousand ringgit haha and it looked pretty decent. So far I enjoy using it a lot. I am too embarassingly outdated because the new Windows 8 thing got me really confused at first. I was surprised to find out the we can actually download apps on Windows 8 now lolol I've been living under the rock for the past few months i guess aha. I named my laptop Sugar like the song Sugar by Maroon 5, then i realised i forgotten to name my Xiaomi (my mobile phone) so i named it Yes Please, like the next line to sugar in the song sugar. Random i know yet catchy haha.

I also went to this event organized by GBGTV (GBG= Girls Being Girls). It was really awesome. Can't wait to share it with you on a separate post soon! Be sure to check it out because it's gonna be filled with really beautiful ladies (lol).

ask him why is he so ugly haha
Last but not least, farewell party for dear Elaine. I was really shocked when i found out that Elaine was going to leave FIS and study at TARC. We had an impromptu surprise farewell party for her! We went to Gao Ren Guan at Jaya One. The food there tasted slightly above average and it was quite reasonably priced. It was my first time eating at a Chinese restaurant with rice and dishes with my friends. It felt like family. What am I talking about, we are family. I'm glad that our surprise was quite successful and we gave her a memorable farewell party. It was quality time spent, eating and talking with them. We might not know each other for long but we are definitely not just friends. She might be studying in a different college but we will still take her as one of us :)

Elaine, the ever pretty one, on the right !

That's all for March. This is a really long post wow. It was a really exciting month i think. I had loads of fun in March, excluding the assignments, presentations, Maths test, Psychology test and Professional Development mock interview lol. I hope April would be even more exciting!

P's, post will be edited in a few days time to add in photos!

Yours truly,
Sheunny
