Bangs are back.

I believe i've said this before, I prefer having bangs, or short side swept fringe . I have an enormous face, yes, the word enormous just popped out in my mind. I strongly believe that the hair affects one's look very much. I think that having long fringe elongates my face in an unpleasant way. I'm not sure if you get what i mean but it doesn't matter since i've cut them off.


I've always wanted to try see-through bangs (aka 空气刘海), it's been trending for a while now. I just didn't have the courage to cut it at first as i was afraid that i wouldn't be able to pull it off. In addition, see-through bangs requires quite a bit of styling. Nevertheless, i looked it up on YouTube and I attempted to follow the tutorial. Below is the video i was referring to.

I cut my own hair last weekend. It was slightly too short than how i wanted it to be. I was dumb enough to forget the fact that my eyebrows will go up slightly when i really open my eyes, i thought my hair was gonna cover my eyebrows but i was wrong. It barely did. I was horrified when i saw the outcome but i got used to it pretty quickly.

I think it was a really great tutorial, i was just being an ass and took more hair than i was supposed to lol The girl in the video has a pretty round face yet she looks really nice in see through bangs, which contradicts the usual "round face cannot have bangs" rule. Just saying.

i think the trend started from Korea.
