Chia Seed Pudding.

I have read about the benefits of consuming chia seeds countless times. I finally bought some chia seeds myself from the bakery supply shop. I love visiting the bakery supply shop, there's always this very nice smell that makes me happy lolol but that's another story. The only chia seeds I see in the grocery stores are usually organic and they costs a bomb. FYI, chia seeds are originally quite costly. I looked up the recipe for chia seed pudding and made it in less than five minutes.

main ingredients.

vanilla essence. I love how it makes everything smell so vanilla-ish wonderful.

I put it in a glass jar that used to be blueberry jam haha.

The ratio for the milk and the chia seeds is 4:1, meaning one cup of milk to quarter cup of chia seeds. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and some honey to taste, it's really personal preference la. You can experiment it with other flavours, it's so easy and you could hardly go wrong!

Here's how it looks like after being refrigerated overnight. The chia seeds expands and forms a pudding like texture with the milk. It is really delicious and healthy too! Major love for this. Perfect as a meal or a snack in this scorching hot weather.
