I invited Mama Lau to come along with me and it was a fun mother-daughter bonding session too. I'm not even kidding when i say i woke up that morning feeling super psyched! After having a light breakfast, we headed to Desa Parkcity! I've only passed by Desa Parkcity a couple of times on the way to other places, I've never been to the park. The park is beautiful. It's so big and clean. I guess the biggest difference between Desa Parkcity and most of the other parks in Malaysia is that you would see a lot of people walking or jogging with their dogs!
There were several activities to accommodate children too!
Not to forget complimentary juice & food!

I love Cassey because she's probably one of the most lively and bubbly person ever. All her workout videos are fun and effective. She's forever shouting words of encouragement to keep us motivated in her videos. I've always wanted to meet Cassey ever since i started following her workouts regularly. She did several meetups but none of them were in Asia, I couldn't be happier when Zespri invited her to Malaysia to conduct a class. I immediately RSVP-ed on her website and marked my calendar.
Meeting Cassey in real life is truly overwhelming. I was fan girling so hard. It was just a 45 minutes work out but i was half dead by the end of it. I can't deny I don't put in 100% of my effort the entire time when i work out alone in my room. But with Cassey in front of me, with so much popsters around me, i found myself extra motivated to push my limits. It was so intense and so fun, even the pain (tired muscles) was enjoyable!
Cassey is nice in her videos but Cassey is even nicer in person. She's so beautiful inside and out.
How i wished every morning can be like this. I really hope to meet Cassey again!!
