Jesslyn and I always wanted to go for high tea and we finally did! Few days ago we went to St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, it was my first ever high tea session and it sure was a great one. "There really is a difference between a six-star hotel and a five-star hotel." Jess said. I couldn't agree more.
The afternoon tea is served at The Drawing Room. Besides the spectacular house sculpture and the gorgeous 5-tier crystal chandelier, i just love how the glass windows allow natural sunlight in, creating the picture-perfect-lighting. The ambiance of the place is definitely a 10/10.

their scones were really good. I liked the plain one better.
It was light and fluffy without lacking the buttery taste.
In fact, Jess said it's the best scones she had in KL!

| After a visit to the (very beautiful) toilets, we left, contented. It was a truly delightful experience. I'm also glad to catch up with Jess after so long, at such a wonderful place. It was some great bonding session. The afternoon tea was RM140 inclusive of 6% GST which was pretty reasonable as most of the ingredients were imported from France. |
