Make The Days Count (3)

I shared the link of my last post on my facebook the other day and a friend commented, saying that i'm very blessed to be leading such an interesting life. Am I blessed? I guess you can say that. Is my life interesting? Well that depends on your personal point of view. Take my last post as an example, i posted mainly about food i enjoyed, quality time with friends and beautiful skies. They are all the little things in life that makes your day. They require minimal effort but they made me feel like documenting them so i could remember them, they made me happy. Anyone can have the "interesting-ness" as soon as you start to take note of those seemingly insignificant details that makes you smile. 

So here's another few things that made my week:

 I went for a facial session for the first time in my (almost)-nineteen years of existence lol. I'm quite lucky to say that i don't actually have big issues with my skin (face). I have a few pimples every now (although sometimes very badly located) and then but nothing worth fussing about. Apart from that, Mama Lau goes on about how she never went facial before when she was my age constantly, so i never went facial. Pretty sure all my friends, including guys, went facial before except me. I had a couple of break outs so i decided to go for a facial nearby my house. When the beautician started to cleanse my face, i burst out laughing cause it was so weird to have hands of another person on my face! Anyways she was really nice and wasn't irritated haha. The whole "removing black heads and stuff part" was really painful lol. It probably triggered a tear or two in my eyes. By the end of the session i felt really great though as if i'm finally clean haha! It was a really enjoyable pampering session. My face has a few red spots from the cleaned pores but they subsided after a few days. I was actually starting to like the red spots cause i thought they were rather cute lol

dinner at Happyology 

I blogged about this restaurant two years ago (lol how time flies). My family and i would go there once in a while and their menu had changed over the years. So what happened was there's this really nice waiter who's really attentive and well mannered that day. Anyways the drink in the picture was really fancy looking but it's super duper sour i couldn't take it lol. There's still other good food there so go try it out yourself and see if you would like the waiter like i did! 

My uncle got us this 豆沙饼 from Taiping. It's shape is more flat then the typical ones and it has sesame on top. I have to say they are really good like the ones Penang is famous for. #MoreReasonsToLoveTaiping.

I finished this book. It was rather borin gat first because there's hardly any exciting incidents but the ending was pretty moving. Still prefer Nicolas Spark's romance best. 

PS you can buy me books for my birthday cause i love books :P 

Also finished this book i lent from RX's brother. The book made me love Fred & George haha

#sheunfact: I'M A POTTERHEAD.

I lost count how many times i've rewatched all the movies for the past decade but I hadn't read all of the books yet cause i didn't have access to them, now i can't wait to devour all the awesomeness of J. K. Rowling. 

PS OMG PLEASE BUY ME HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD. 

I watched mix double in badminton on my computer while all my other family members were asleep. It was such a great match. I couldn't sleep after that from all the excitement haha! 

PS i also watched the other categories with my family la. 

I watched Suicide Squad. It was a pretty nice movie but my exactly my type of movie la haha. Really liked Harley though.   

I also went Pavilion to see RX who's helping out at KLFW. I know you're reading this, I'm waiting for your blog post okay! 

#sheunfact: I LOVE LLAO LLAO. 

I had always loved frozen yogurt but ever since i had Llao Llao, *plays dramatic music*... i don't know what to say lol. Let's just call it the best thing ever. Anyways, i probably wouldn't take Sanum again because there's too much toppings and not enough yogurt, I usually get large haha!

I had to stop by Chateraise Patisserie at Isetsan to fix my cake cravings. I gobbled up the whole thing within minutes and can't wait to re-visit them again! 

Just had to catch some Pokemons at KLCC haha! 

Watched Men's single with RX, her brother & her cousin at Station One. It was my first time watching a game outside, it was really exciting to have so many people cheering together! 

W won my heart. It really did. I'm on the ninth episode right now and i couldn't stop watching it because the plot twists are so good. I don't wanna be giving any spoilers here just in case la, so yeah!
