1. Good kick start.
June started off with our mid term school holidays, giving every student a very well deserved break from the end of mid term examinations. On the first of June, i baked a black sesame chiffon cake and also black sesame cookies. They were super tasty & wholesome. I've also blogged about them, so check them out if you missed out on them.
2. Quality bonding session
Yours truly, Venessa & Venicia. |
our heart shaped cheesecake. It might look plain or dull but it taste superb! |
I went for badminton with my school mates. It was a whole lots of fun, i can't express how grateful i am to know them. It was my first time going out to play a sport with my friends so it's a very significant thing okay :P too bad i didn't manage to take photos haha
Also, on the very same day, Venessa & Venicia came over to my house..to bake! haha. I got to know this lovely pair of sisters because of our love for the same music and of course, we're all died hard Enchancers haha. We've been trying to hang out together since forever and we finally decided on baking at my house.
3. Filmed a YouTube song cover.
I've wrote a post about it already, that goes without saying, so go check it out if you hadn't because you should.
And yes, i do play guitar. I have no idea why did everyone find it so shocking lolol.

4. Kept in touch with my soulmates.
I went to Neway with TGSP, LZL & Alvin, part of my favourite people which i cannot imagine living without in SMKTC. I missed them to bits and I had a whole lot of fun with them.
okay this is funny but still much love ! |
5. Family trip to Langkawi.
I've posted three post.
See, i've linked them nicely for you so click on them heh I've another post coming up, hopefully soon about Underwater World Langkawi so stay tuned :P
6. Putrajaya Floria 2014
It's just a photo dump so yeah. I'm putting this in the list as well because it's part of my not-so-ordinary-day in June i guess. Don't judge.
7. Catch up session with Mak.
S for Sheun, S for Sze Lin <3 |
I doodled on the pictures haha |
And i tried drawing myself lolol I am not colour blind lolol I just wasn't thinking straight of which colours to use. Yellow hair, purple face and blue lips lol |
we can turn from this... |
...to this in split seconds. |
<3 |
We also baked green tea cookie which turned out to be utterly unexpectedly good. Even her mom can't stay away from the cookies we baked and complimented us about it over and over again. Boy, I was on cloud nine.
She also taught me to play the piano. I don't know if i've said this before but man she's literally the best pianist i know, and also my favorite, next to Greyson Chance of course :P
Then we took selfies with her laptop. And more selfies with her phone. And then even more with my phone. Well, you can never take enough selfies. Never. I repeat, never.
8. Mission Break at Mahkota Cheras
I went to Mission Break yesterday with Shawn, YY & SH. Just in case you don't know what is it, it's a game where you get locked up in a cold dark room, and you'll have to solve the clues and everything to get the key and get out from that room. I went to Escape Room at E Curve before with my cousin last year and we lost lol they will open the door for you when your time is up of course or else i doubt i'll ever get out of them room. Seriously. I was almost completely clueless again in the game yesterday, i have no idea why my brain just couldn't make a head or tail, I just couldn't. Jeez. Luckily, my teammates were smart enough and we actually won, we had 8mins left from our 45mins.
The photo the people working there took was...very bad. Okay i couldn't come up with another word at the moment but i think the photo they gave us was terrible. If you ask me, i would much prefer Escape Room over Mission break, not only the game was better organised and the people there were more "professional" and also friendly. But of course, the difference in price explains it all. I still got to say that this is not my thing haha yet

That's pretty much everything. It was a really fun filled month. I reduced my tuition classes from five days a week to one day a week, which gave me plenty of time to do my own stuff/ carry out my hobby/blog more. I did study on my own as well la, I realised tuition classes aren't actually necessary, it's just that you feel more secure with tuition classes because you can ignore the teachers in school all you like since you're gonna learn them again in tuition, well, that's my case la. But i have finally come to a fact that it's actually a very redundant thing to do, in fact, it's a waste of both time and money. Anyways, SPM trials are coming up so I should start to get back on track again.
Also, it's Ramadhan so Happy Fasting all my Muslim friends.
Love,
Sheunny xo
